The Ford County Public Health Department will be leading a three part Caregiver Educational Series at the Gilman-Danforth District Library. Part 2 is on Wednesday, September 9th from 11:00am to noon. This session will focus on end-of life care regarding palliative, hospice and grief support presented by Kirk Swanson, Transitions Care.
