Week 1 Summer Reading Events

Gilman-Danforth Library events: Teen Book Club, Weekly Storytime, Scaly Encounters with Champaign Nature Preserve.

Preschool Age & Grade School Age: Mr. Cole and Mrs. Basham will host weekly storytimes filled with amazing books and exciting activities.

Teens: Ms. Tara will lead a book club. The book is Wolf Hollow. Each week, you will discuss the books while doing activities/crafts. There will be snacks provided.

Family Events: On Friday, June 13th at 1:00PM, come face-to-face with some remarkable reptilian friends and uncover the secrets of their wild lives. Hands-on activities and a real live snake or turtle will help us become more familiar with this important part of the animal community.
